In most cases, no. Garden saunas are generally exempt provided the total outbuilding floor area stays under 25 square metres and at least 25 square metres of garden remains unbuilt. If your site is close to those limits we'll flag it on the call.
Barrel saunas are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Cold plunge tubs and hot tubs are typically around 5 weeks. We confirm your exact delivery date within 24 hours of your order being placed.
You can if you're confident with DIY, and every unit comes with full English instructions. We'd recommend our installation team, who handle the full setup in a single visit so it's ready to use the day it arrives.
Yes. Our units use thermowood, which is heat-treated for outdoor conditions and stands up to constant rain and damp without warping or rotting. Saunas are finished with bitumen shingle roofs. These are built to live outdoors in Ireland year-round.
